Lead Times

Here at MWTS, we custom build each holster to order. We focus heavily on proper fitment and a premium finished product. Lead times are estimates. Some orders may take longer to complete, depending on the quantity of items ordered, variance, and chosen weapon platform. We do our best to get orders shipped in a timely manner, but your patience and understanding is appreciated!

Warranty and Returns

Holsters and Magazine Carriers come with a Limited Lifetime Warranty. Warranty does not include loss of screws, spacers or other hardware. Spare or replacement hardware can be purchased on our website.

Holsters may only be returned due to defect. All Holsters and Magazine Carriers are made to order, no refunds will be issued under any other circumstances. Please ensure that all items in your cart are correct before ordering, all sales are final. 


FAQ

  • May I Check the Status of My Order?

    • The status of your order can be found on our website, designated either “Pending” or “Shipped”. Requests or emails regarding the status of your order may not be tended to if the order in question is still within the given lead time period.

  • When will I receive a shipping notification?

    • Upon completion of your order, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.

  • Rush Orders?

    • Unfortunately we cannot rush your order.

  • Why doesn’t my gun “click” into the holster?

    • Although not guaranteed, many of our holsters do in fact produce an audible “click” sound when inserted into the holster. However, some gun/light combinations rely primarily on friction retention and do not produce an audible “click”.
